Carl`s Jr. in Azusa

I would love to give it Negative stars, but it’s not awful when I’m able to eat there. In the last 3 months since moving here I have frequented this location multiple times since they have a Plant Based option yet on 6 separate occasions they tell me the are ‘Out’ of the Beyond Patty. The fees time they have actually had this available I have to have it remade as they add cheese to eat even though I order it no cheese due to my dietary restrictions. They always seem to have better things to do besides pay attention to what is being orders. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shuts down soon as they are not into actual repeat business. 1. Order the products your customers order2. Focus on customer service3. Focus on paying attention to the orders4. Hire individuals who seem to need a job

Side salad was basically just lettuce(ton of iceberg, to small red onion rings and two thin slices of tomato), was not given dressing for lettuce, ordered and was charged for for an ultimate big Carl, but only given a regular Carl (I was refunded the difference when I pointed out the error), was ordered extra tomato on famous star and was not included, literally given 3 napkins and had to ask for more, on top of that, cashier was reprimanded for offering specials to drive thru customers and was literally told "sales, sales, sales"...I get it's a business but as a customer, it's nice to know your options. I use to frequent this Carl's after shopping at Costco, but will no longer support this establishment.

Never a wait, always delicious for that fast food fix.

Got here before 12 on a Friday night and ordered a combo. The dude told me they can't make fries or onion rings or crosscut fries, and still sold me my "combo" and a burger for my girlfriend for $14.75.Terrible, I feel cheated by the company.Paid more money for less of the food I came here for. All because these lazy dope heads don't feel up to turning on the damn fryer at a so called "fast-food restaurant".And it's ghetto.

This place is not only dirty . but they never have soda in the dine inn area also no butter milk or any chicken finger sauces wish I would have knew that from the beginning I would order something else definitely going to contact corporate and have to carl my damn self...

Food is good a lil run down dining room

I had to delete the previous 5-star review and cumulatively assess their service now. My past experiences were all above standards at this branch, just that sometimes the wait can exceed 10 minutes. I have never done their survey bit decided to give it a try last week. It was long bit I completed it. On it stated we could either choose a bit one get one free breakfast or regular sandwich "in participating locations". So I tried to use it on a spicy Western, and the general manager sindy told me no, and she offered me a small fries. I accepted the offer and got something else. Although she thanked me for taking the survey, I felt really strange afterwards: if they were not a "participating store", she could have informed me about it and I can understand. But giving me a small fries instead of a buy one get one free sandwich is a bit stingy. I will DEFINITELY NOT take my time to complete another survey and end up in this situation again, it's simply a waste of time!

Horrible! Almost six bucks for a nasty salad iceberg lettuce two slices of tomatoes in a burrito clam container. I should've gone to farmer boys for that price! I should've snapped a pic.

Wow, great burger and awesome fries.

It's a good place to get food for a decent price. When I come to this location, I bring a big group of teens and adults on an event trip and we stop here for food. They all get different things from burgers, chicken strips, shakes and more and they enjoy it. The staff are friendly and there's lots of parking. The bathrooms are a bit out of shape. Theres lots of seating and it's a good place to get food!

This place was horrible. They didn't have criss cut frys, no dr pepper. No lids to the medium, no napkins. Like what do your carry. The food tasted old. Everything felt short. The fried zucchini where like 6 PC. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

So disappointing!! 10:18 am 8-11-2020 , I bought some food from the drive thru, I order two orders of chicken nuggest 9 pcs, she only gave me one BBQ and asked her for another one , she said it will be 50 cents more after spending $23 on my meal I told her okay i was handing her a $1 asked for two , she comes up with there is no more BBQ , how does a restaurant not have any BBQ . So disappointed!

Unfortunately I go here alot but I don't like their prices or selection. Especially of chicken. Plus their shakes are ridiculously over priced.

I watch my weight, and I was very unhappy to find out that I had to pay $ 1.00 extra for a honey bun, other places don't do that , so I guess I won't be going back .....☹I really liked their hamburgers .

The picture displaying the Carl's Jr is wrong, it has not been renovated and it does not look like this. This aside I will say the service is great and the people working are nice and keep the place clean. There is a lot of free parking available too.

The veggie barbeque burger is trying too hard to find its flavor.... it's just messy.

Carl's Jr is extremely overpriced no matter which location, and this location is not only overpriced, the food is underwhelming. I work in the area, so I've been to this location a handful of times. And each time, it is unkept, dirty, and the food is extra greasy and not fresh. The drinks are always over carbonated as well. I don't reccomend Carl's Jr at all anymore as I'd much rather go to The Habit, In n Out, or even Red Robin for a better burger at a better price, so I highly recommend to stay away from this location if you're passing by.

This was the worst Carl's I've ever been in. The staff was rude. They refuse to give us the bathroom code. And we had to wait till they we're finished with some personal business the cashier was having at the counter, before when came herself and put the code in. The bathrooms we're filthy as well as the dinning room. We decided not to grab something to eat.

Always good food.

I like to enjoy something easy n fast n convenient besides in and out burgers, Carl's junior is my second fav spot.

If you like it, you like it. If not, then it is doubtful you would like it anywhere.

Worst ever. Drive through said there were no large cups. I went into the store after drive through and on the counter there were large cups. Sliders served in the small fry bags. Mess everywhere.
